James Oberg - Owner, Insurance & Designated Real Estate Broker
James is the fourth generation of the Oberg family to join the business. James has 6 years experience working for the Liberty Mutual Insurance as a manager of Commercial Lines Analytics. He joined the agency in 2016 and will specialize in commercial insurance and real estate.
James graduated from Bentley University and will use his 30+ years of experience in the Lakes Region community to help with your needs.

Pete Oberg - Owner, Insurance Agent & Designated Real Estate Broker
Pete is the third generation of Obergs to preside over the Oberg Insurance and Real Estate Agency. He has been a Real Estate and Insurance Agent for over 40 years and is very involved with the Lakes Region Community. He is presently the President of the Bridgton High School Scholarship Foundation, serves on the town Revitalization Committee, Bridgton's Waste Water Management Committee and other various boards
Pete graduated from the University of Maine and heads up the insurance division of the agency and is also the Designated Broker on the Real Estate side.

Cindy Gorman - Insurance & Real Estate Agent
Cindy has been a Real Estate broker for over 40 years. She has been awarded the Western Maine Realtor of the Year honors and has served as the Western Maine Board Secretary for over 10 years.

Cliff Dow - Insurance Producer
As experienced producer, Cliff is excited to help you with all your Insurance needs. Born and raised in Harrison, he is fond of the area and his community. A veteran of the US Air Force, he was stationed at Dover Air Force Base. He served as a Diesel Technician maintaining a fleet of 133 vehicles, and was also part of a hand picked team that carried our fallen heroes as they returned home. Ann Morrell - Insurance Producer
Ann is an active mother of two grown children and a lifelong New Englander with deep family connections in Maine. She and her husband reside in Bridgton with two amazing Australian Shepherds and their lovable kitty.
Ann and her husband Cory can be found taking weekend trips to the mountains, day trips to the ocean, sampling some of our many local microbrews and exploring our wonderful corner of the world.
With a background in healthcare and a diverse skillset, Ann understands the frustration and challenges of navigating an ever-changing market. Her goal is to assist and take the frustration away from the client. Today’s financial landscape is a complex and changing one, and it isn’t always easy to protect what you have worked so hard to attain. She says, “My goal is to educate and make the process as safe, simple, and positive as possible.” Ann joined the Oberg family in 2023.
Jaime Rolfe - Insurance & Real Estate Agent, Marketing
Born and raised in Western Maine, Jaime has always had a passion for the beauty and adventure that Maine has to offer. Her tenacity and dedication to trying new things has led her through careers in barbering, restaurant management, hospitality & more. She became a Realtor in 2019 and joined the Oberg family in the Spring of 2022. She brings excitement as well as a grounded disposition to guide clients through the turbulent real estate process. Jaime is a fierce negotiator with a warm heart and the goal to leave each transaction with happy buyers & sellers. Her years in customer service have taught her great compassion and problem-solving skills to think quickly on her feet. She joined our Insurance Team in 2023.

Karen Vaznis - Office Manager
Karen has worked in customer service for over 20 years and came to us in 2021 as our Office Manager. She has an adult son and a little dog named Oscar who you can meet in the office most of the time. She studied languages in college and has traveled extensively, including a year-long stay in Austria.
Karen is the first smiley face you see when you come into the Oberg office.

Amanda Hamlin - Office Administrator
Amanda has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry including customer service and practice management with a focus on customer satisfaction. She was born and raised in the Lakes Region area where she now resides with her husband and 3 children. She spends her free time rooting her kids on from the sidelines, completing projects around her home, and weekend trips looking for new adventures to experience with her family. Amanda enjoys helping people and looks forward to meeting you and providing our clients with an excellent experience.

Joan was our office manager for 13 years and is now semi-retired. She has a background in the insurance industry as a claims processor and has held a Maine real estate license since 2004. Joan has a passion for helping people, a talent for keeping things in order and a love for technology. Her customer service background and outgoing personality assure that our customers will get a sincere welcome by phone or in person!
